Our project brief was to provide the university with a cost-effective modern teaching resource on a tight budget.
Works and special challenges
Meeting our client’s brief involved extensive demolition, removal of existing partitions and finishes, and construction and adaptation of existing partitions.
Wherever possible, items such as carpet tiles, doors and glazing were reused to keep the project within budget.
